Wake Up and Do Exercises

I use YouTube to follow to specific exercisers: Leslie Sansone and various Pilates practices. I shower and return to be for 2 hrs. This is also the best sleep of the night.

sleep in your gym clothes

When I have trouble getting up in the morning to exercise, I will sleep in my gym clothes the night before. One less step between waking up and working out!
