Share and Help Others

It took me a while to realize that this is one of my secrets, but I have come to realize that give tips when asked, helping a fellow sparkler in the panic board, or in a private message is in turn motivational because it reminds me where I have been and how far I have come. In turn, it motivates me to keep going. I don't want to let myself down.

Don't do it alone!

I learned to love exercise with a buddy who kept me accountable. We took classes (jazzercise, kickboxing, pilates, etc.) together. Once I got hooked on the class, I really didn't need the accountability. The fun of the classes kept me going back for more!

Fitness Support Network

Developing a network of fitness buddies and mentors has helped to keep me motivated and has turned me on to new activities I probably wouldn't have tried on my own.

Random Buddies!

I joined a challenge with the BUDDY SYSTEM TEAM. It was a risk and a stretch for me. AND, I ended up with the best buddy ever. I may never meet her, but her impact on me has been tremendous. So, let a random person in on your journey and find out what happens!! emoticon
