I learned to love exercise with a buddy who kept me accountable. We took classes (jazzercise, kickboxing, pilates, etc.) together. Once I got hooked on the class, I really didn't need the accountability. The fun of the classes kept me going back for more!
I joined a challenge with the BUDDY SYSTEM TEAM. It was a risk and a stretch for me. AND, I ended up with the best buddy ever. I may never meet her, but her impact on me has been tremendous.
