Create a manual other goal that you will find something positive about yourself and/or your life every day. To get your point for tracking the goal you will need to consider yourself and your day to find the positives! Small or big, a positive is a positive.
I used to eat after my daughter went to bed. Hubby would make popcorn, and we'd snack. Well I put "No eating after 9pm" on my "Other Goals". Now if I want to be able to check that off every day, and work toward my Spark streak, I have to be good! It motivates me to stay on track.
Make other goals for your life and put them on SP to remind you to do the little things every day. I have goals to enter my weight, to make time for my partner, and several to get my sleep schedule working better and to get me in a routine. It's just a tiny reminder, but it really works!
Too busy enjoying the outdoor or getting that yard work done to do Sparks? You can always go back and track your fitness minutes later. You don't have to add it on the day you actually do it. Just click on the calendar beside it, and choose the appropriate day or use the back arrow.
