In this insane Minneapolis winter, I've taken to always tossing some extra, removable clothing layers in my backpack before I leave the house - stuff that's light to carry, but will maybe make the difference between freezing into a human icicle at the bus stop, and not. I usually carry a thin long-sleeved undershirt, an earband, leg warmers (if I'm not wearing them!), arm warmers, maybe a hat, maybe another scarf. Knowing I have these available makes me more willing to brave the outdoors.
I know that doing P90X for just an hour a day for 90 days will get me in the best shape of my life. How do I know? I have lost 25 pounds so far and I am starting to see my abs! At first I thought one was a rib but it was an actual ab!
