What I have learned that works, though patience is essential!

I never miss breakfast. I eat granola with almond milk or 1 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt & load it down with my own fresh fruits. I have a mid morning snack as well as an afternoon snack though keep it about 100 calories, fruit, pre-weighed nuts, etc. I eat fish 5 times a week, which is so easy for me as I love it. Lovin a big salad, tomatoes w/ 1 tsp. chia & diced nuts for protein. I don't eat carbs in the evening but if I get hungry I'll eat fruit. Having 1 cheat day is a great motivator for me.

I've eaten a high protein, low carb menu. I'm never hungry and that has been the key to my success!
