Geo Foreman grill/wipe off while warm Wipe down your Geo. Foreman (or similar) indoor grill while it is still warm. Trust me on this one, it will make life much easier. If it should cool down before you get to it, just heat it back up again. I use a dry paper towel to do mine. Of course, be careful not to burn yourself!

It's that time of year! Grill up some bell peppers and stuff them with brown rice, roast eggplant slices and top with a mix of Greek yogurt and fresh herbs, or grill up zucchini slices and toss with homemade vinaigrette!

Grilling and smoking is for everything. Grilling fruits and vegetables, makes it them easier to eat. It heightens their flavors, and brings your dish to a whole new level. Try it with Fruits also, great dessert on their own this way. With out adding sweeteners and extra calories.

Sunbeam Rocket Grill - no clean up at all! I love grilled meats and fish and own a George Foreman grill, but I hate the clean-up involved after grilling or sauteing meats. While searching for something else, I came across the Rocket Grill. It is like a toaster, and you insert your fresh or frozen food into a parchment bag and put it into the slot.
