When I get home from work I change into my gym clothes that way when it's time to go I have no excuses! It also keeps me on time (I am perpetually late).

I made a budget on a spreadsheet to track all of my expenses and revenues. The formulas show all transactions on the account and show the bottom dollar at the end of each month. Once I see how much I can have left if I don't spend, it encourages me to only spend what I need. I can see months later how much I will have if I stay on track.

Mini-trampoline in morning sunshine
One of my favorite ways to start the day is bouncing on a mini-trampoline outside in the morning sunshine.
Life is busy! No matter who we are, we seem to be busy people. At the end of the day, if I try to think about all I did in the past 18 or so hours, all I have is a high-speed blur. I'm so tired, I just want to close my eyes and rest up for the next day of insanity. Thankfully, it only takes a couple of minutes to check my pedometer, post my 5-7 miles of walking, how much time it took (my pedometer keeps track!) and post what I ate during the day, which I also try to keep simple.

Clear the air in a dank basement. Cut an onion in half, place it on a plate, and leave it out overnight. Once the initial salad-bar aroma dissipates, you'll have a fresh (non-oniony) atmosphere.
