When you've decided that you've eaten enough today, brush your teeth, use mouthwash etc.....the reason? Well, I don't know about you, but eating anything after I've made my self all minty-fresh is just gross.

Make mini goals and post 'em!

You know what you want to do. What are your ultimate goals? How are you going to get there? Sometimes they seem monumental. Set mini-goals. Weekly, monthly, or longer, and post them. Write them out in a blog, journal, or on paper and POST IT. Be accountable, check them off and be proud! You did it!!

Oooh! Stickers!

I give myself a non-food reward everyday that I exercise or stay on track (including rest days). On my hanging calendar, I give myself one sticker for every workout, rest day, goal met... it's amazing what a filled calendar looks like filled with stickers and how it makes you feel.
