When using the food tracker and inputting restaurant food use just the restaurant name Mcdonald's or Dominos and most of the menu will pop up, then use the items that pop up.
If you get bored with the music on your work out video, or there is none, turn down the video and put on your own music.
Keep your money in your wallet in your locker or desk at work and not in your pockets that way when a craving hits its not right there, and you won't be tempted to use the snack machine. Saves money, and calories.
When at work I have to wear a uniform. So I keep all my money in my wallet in my backback which is in my locker. I'm not tempted to spend on the vending machines. That also saves on calories.
So I look weird, but when I'm waiting for the bus I always pace around getting in some walking. When I have a pedometer on I can get up to 2,000 steps or more on it.
when press for time every little bit of exercise helps. Try running errands, or sneaking in a bit of walking while waiting for the bus or carpool. It may look stupid, but the benifits will be great.
