Have a Laughing Cow, man!

I love Laughing Cow lite cheese & use it to spread on the bread for a sandwich instead of mayo, or over a stick of celery & put pistachio nuts in it for a super snack...then discovered it's great for replacing butter in mashed potatoes! YUM!

Dance out of the rut

Modify to Keep it interesting

doing repetive things can get boring, and your body can get so used to it it doesn't help as much - modify by doing 10 sets straight, then adding something different like head turn s or leg lft sfor the next 10, alternate- or do your whole circuit in reverse, or change your route....

Secret Stash

I put a small, set amount from each check in a seprate savings account before I even do my budget, then forget about it. Increase the amount with each raise! I started out with just the total amount over the nearest hundred..it all adds up!

Every time I've hit a low, this magic trick has worked for me: send a shout out on Spark-- a blog, a help line on a team conversation, a huddle...the reassurance that others who have been there are there for you now makes it impossible to stay negative for very long. emoticon
