Have your day organized by knowing when you will:
1. Do your SP time
Always do ahead of time so that you make time for the "important" things. Yourself, and therefore others.
Find the whole grain substitutions that work for you. Takes some time but makes a big difference. Also instead of all meat burgers add chopped veggies (zucchini is great). Don't be afraid to try......
Once I got over the I have blown it attitude and realized this is a life style change it has all fallen into place. That is not to say that there is not lots of room for improvement, just that I can now accept what has happened and move ahead instead of down. Keep going everyone!
