A New Day, is a New Beginning. What ever happened yesterday, happened. But I can now control today.....and I am going to!
I stop and think about how much better I feel now, than before I started. Although I haven't lost a lot of weight, I Feel So Much Better. My clothes feel better, my body feels better, my spirit feels better. That keeps me going in the right direction
