Everyday is a challenge . . to eat healthy, exercise, and be the best you can be. I start each day on a positive note: saying thank you for a good night's sleep to start my day on a positive attitude! At the end of the day, I right one good thing I accomplished that day on a list and place it where I can see it daily . . it helps motivate me daily on my journey to a healthier lifestyle!
Everyone(I do a lot) will slip and fall of the wagon, but keep getting back up and getting on the wagon!!! You can do it!!!! Start small . . walking 10 minutes every day for 7 days, then add another 7 days . . until you have 21 days . . they say it takes 21 days to make a habit!!
Keep putting one foot in front of the other. You can do it!! You may take a step back every now and then, but don't give up . . keep striving to be YOUR best!! You are an awesome person and worthy of being healthy, happy and active!!!
I like to live one day at a time. I don't worry about tomorrow, it's not here yet and I try and forget about yesterday, it's already done and over with.
What you eat is up to you. Noone can make a choice for you. You decide if it is healthy or not. Choose to make a healthy choice . . it's worth it in the end. Think of what you are after . . a healthy lifestyle . . and keep making the choices healthy!! You CAN do anything!!! You CAN make healthy choices!!!

If you can dream it, believe you can do it and achieve it. You are an awesome person and well worth the effort for a healthy lifestyle. Keep putting one foot in front of the other . . no matter what happens during the day. Don't let anything stop you from reaching your highest potential! The Lord is on your side and with Him there, you cannot fail!! Trust the Lord to give you what you need to achieve your healthy lifestyle!!
I hung a skirt I would like to get into on my exercise/quiet room door. I see it everytime I go in there to do my strength training and yoga, so it helps me keep moving. Some days I just don't feel like exercising, I'll go sit in my quiet room for a bit and see the skirt on the door and it reminds me to exercise.
Remember . . God doesn't make any "junk" and you certainly are worth the effort of eating healthy, exercising and striving to be the best you can be. Believe in yourself!! You are worth the effort it takes to being healthy . . eating healthy, exercising and keep a positive outlook!
