Folding clothes

I will fold 1-2 pieces of clothing at the dryer and walk them down the hallway to the bedrooms to put them away. Then I walk back down the hall to the laundry room and fold a few more and keep doing this until the whole load is done.Good exercise and I'm getting my house work done at the same time.

Other health benefits

I find that if you eat right, you don't get cold sores and your skin stays fresh looking too. Eating unhealthy will give you all kinds of unwanted pop ups.

Tell everyone

Everytime I have started to diet, I have told everyone at work. After they realize that I'm serious, they don't even offer me anything to eat because I tell them I am counting every single calorie. They all know I will do it and they know I will always say no .

Walking/Jogging

If you don't feel like you can jog at all, start out by just jogging to the 1st telephone pole, house, mailbox, whatever. Then walk the rest of the way. After you're comfortable with that, try the next pole, house,mailbox.

Weight training

Everytime I feel like I'm not loosing any weight anymore, I go outside and do a circuit weight training. (6-8 different weight training exercises doing 2-3 sets of 12 of each exercise) Mostly working the bigger muscle groups. This always seams to give my body a boost or kick start.

Leave The Table

I get up and take my dishes to the sink as soon as I'm finished eating my allowed portion. That way I don't pick on more food that's left on the table.
