I will fold 1-2 pieces of clothing at the dryer and walk them down the hallway to the bedrooms to put them away. Then I walk back down the hall to the laundry room and fold a few more and keep doing this until the whole load is done.Good exercise and I'm getting my house work done at the same time.
Everytime I have started to diet, I have told everyone at work. After they realize that I'm serious, they don't even offer me anything to eat because I tell them I am counting every single calorie. They all know I will do it and they know I will always say no .
Everytime I feel like I'm not loosing any weight anymore, I go outside and do a circuit weight training. (6-8 different weight training exercises doing 2-3 sets of 12 of each exercise) Mostly working the bigger muscle groups. This always seams to give my body a boost or kick start.
