I LOVE Flylady & have been following her for yrs. I break many tasks into 15 mintue increments that I do before I leave for work in the AM. That's how I do my
bathroom: sink & counters one day, toilet next, then shower walls, and shower doors and floor and finally the bathroom floor itself.
Every morning, before I get out of bed, I sit in a quiet yoga pose for 15 minutes and visualize my day. I congratulate myself on yesterday's successes, forgive the slips and commit to my plan today. I see myself preparing breakfast and packing my lunch. I breathe deeply and get calm.
