I'm sure this has been posted a million times, but: there is nothing rice can't be added to to create more of a meal. Can of soup + rice = meal! Can of beans + rice = meal! Chicken broth + rice = meal! Lentils + rice = meal! Potatoes + rice = meal! Frozen, fresh or canned veggies + rice = meal! I could go on and on. You get the idea. Rice is a lifesaver.
On days that I don't feel like exercising or think that I don't have time, I remember that I ALWAYS feel better after I've exercised. I never regret taking that 30-60 mins to exercise but I've often regretted skipping it.
These are great!! Only 110 calories for a bagel!!! That's amazing in itself... but they are also delicious!! They come in several flavors also. I've used them for breakfast, of course, but also just made pizzas with them tonight... yum!!!
I portion out my own snacks, instead of spending lots more on 100-calorie snack packages in the store. (Compare the price per pound on your favorite vs the regular product,) I measure out the proper size serving (using the Nutrition Facts Label as my guide) into a container (preferably one I can reuse), sometimes dividing the whole large package this way.
