Just say no to sweets, pastries, cookies and all that bad stuff we will devour in seconds. You will be glad you said NO when you step on the scale. You have control and power not the sweets!
TV is on and I'm sitting on here comfortably. I know I have move and shake my body more. I just get up and just start moving around otherwise I'll never notice the difference. Don't think about it, stop being lazy, JUST MOVE!!!!
Whenever I see the word WATER I take a big sip throughout the day. This has helped me as a reminder especially when busy at work.

I'm a people person and I love to make people happy. I like to motivate others because in turn it motivates me to keep focused on my goal whether is to walk, to feel good, or just drink more water. It pushes me harder to be a role model. It makes a difference in other as it does in mine.
