Chop up an apple into 10 to 15 slices and 4 to 5 carrots into 3 pieces each. Put these into a tupperware container or Ziplock and keep with you all day. Eat one to 2 pieces each hour. If you feel exceptionally hungry eat a few more pieces 3o minutes later. Make it a challenge to see how long you can make it last throughout your day and if you end up with a couple pieces after dinner what a healthy snack to finish up with. I dropped great weight this week & ate much less w/ less hunger
Use a sharpie permanent pen (you can erase with alcohol) to write your goals on your bathroom or personal bedroom mirror. It's even better if you draw a representational picture of them. Start your wording with I am or I purchase etc. Everyday as you look in the mirror it in scripts on your mind. I purchased a new car, got a new job, and moved to a new place this way. I had written on my grandmother's mirror. Years later my mom returned the mirror and all the goals were still there. It works!
