Exercise, exercise, exercise really charges me for the day. I feel better after a good work out and it helps me make better decisions for the day ahead.
If you plan ahead for the day chances are that you'll stick to it and won't over eat that day. It is when I have no idea what I'll be eating that I end up making rush choices when I'm really hungry and in result my choices are not the best ones.
It boils down to the amount of calories we’re consuming versus the ones we’re burning.
If you don’t keep track of them then you’ll find your self in denial and putting on weight.
