check SparkRecipes for traditional raita recipes and use instead of mayo
Nino Salvaggio's store brand of salad dressing - full flavor, lower calories and fat. I didn't buy it because of the nutrition label (in fact, I didn't even look at the label, this was pre-SP) but their normal salad dressings are low in calories 60-70 cals for 1 oz/2 TBS, and 4-5 g in fat.
I have started making more trips to get something done. Instead of loading up and taking everything upstairs in one trip, I take one thing at a time. Instead of throwing trash bags in the back of the pickup truck to haul down the 500' driveway on trash night, I carry one bag at a time and walk!
I use the sparkpoints page as a roadmap to what I want to do during each day (read blogs, take a trivia quiz, take a poll, read a health article etc.) Each activity educates me, makes me more aware and reinforces the healthy behaviors I want to learn or maintain on the road to a healthier me.
