Quick Exercises Add Up!

Every time I go to the kitchen at work for food (5x a day) I add quick exercises.
15 Wall Pushups
15 Closed Arm Wall Pushups
20 Calf Raises from a step

I've noticed that I can do more regular pushups since I started my quick exercises throughout my work day.
