Prepare your Lunch for Work Ahead of Time

Another Healthy Sweet-Tooth Suggestion

I use Oikos or Fage plain Greek yogurt (1 C), & add 1 tsp of real vanilla extract, two packets of Splenda, & 2 tbsp of Polaner Sugar-Free Strawberry Preserves with Fiber. It stirs up into a very thick, yummy, satisfying dessert with very high protein, low carbs, and low calories.

Have a smaller size clothing in your closet as "goal clothes"

I'm in a size 10 pants....but my daughter gave me several pairs of size 8s....I tried them on, but there is no way I can get them zipped...she said "That's okay, Mom...just call them your 'goal pants'!" They're designer jeans, too... so I can't wait to fit into them! I'm staying on track easily!

Hate Water AND Fiber??

I REALLY dislike plain water, and I am under a physician's mandate to get at LEAST 25 grams of fiber per day, so I found Crystal Light with Fiber!! 3 20 oz bottles of water with packets of this in them, along with a bowl of Fiber One cereal, and I'm good for the day!!

Planting Houseplants with Packing Peanuts

Fill the bottom of your pot about half full will packing peanuts, then fill the rest of the way with potting soil. Add your plant, and water! Pot will not be so heavy to move around, soil will drain better, and plants will be much happier!
