You know the way it goes... how many times were we programmed that food was a reward? If you eat your veggies than you will get to have desert! If you are good today then I will take you to McDonald's! How about a walk as a REWARD instead, seeing God's creation and spending some time with him!...
Drinking lots of water is the quickest way to lose weight! ( In my personal experience) But now I find myself going thru a roll a day! So if you are just starting your weight lose journey add some extra roll on your grocery list! It will save you a trip!

To avoid any risk of any ... " Oh I am so hungry but to tired to cook days" Pre-make containers of yummy healthy treats. Like Bean salad, quinoa salad with mango and dill! Or some veggi trays. Some Dahl and some sandwich ingredients. Save on time and eat right out of the containers! No Dishes!!!
