Take advantage of laziness

I put any junk food that may find it's way into my house way up high in a cubbard above my fridge. This cubbard door is blocked by other things so it's just easier to ignore it then get a chair, move everything out of the way, etc. to eat the junk food.

my tv rule

I record all my shows on my dvr then watch them while I'm on my treadmill, either in the early morning while my kids are asleep or after they go to bed.
