Set a BIG goal for yourself. That will give you something to look forward to and motivate you to keep exercising and eating healthy.

Make that Big goal a long term goal and set smaller monthly goals. When you reach one of them, then reward yourself.

Motivate people on their blogs

Go to a blog of someone that is blogging for the first time. Welcome them. Answer their questions if they have one and write a motivating comment for them. That not only motivates them, but it motivates you too! If they seem to be struggling, give them a spark goodie. It will make them feel so much better. Then they will comment on your page and tell you how much they appreciate your comment and thank you for the spark goodie!!

Lowering Your Bloodsugar

If you are a diabetic on meds and insulin, losing even 10 pounds will lower your blood sugar. Eat healthy, exercise regularly and drink lots of water. I WAS on meds and insulin and I have lost 30lbs. and I am now med free and insulin free!!!

Don't put yourself down because you slipped up one time. Tell yourself you will do better next time. Get right back on track and you will still feel good about yourself. The longer you wait to get back on track, the harder it will be. emoticon

A Place for Everything

I have a place for everything. If I don't have a place for it already, I ask myself, "Do I need it and what for?", if the answer is no, then I file it in file 13. If I need it then I find a place for it. Every spring I clean and throw away things I haven't used in the previous year. I try to get my kids to do the same thing and I'm pretty successful when it comes to spring cleaning. emoticon
