You don't have to go to the gym for an hour to workout....If you are short on time/energy, break up your exercises....or take a relaxing walk at the end of the day. Even if it's just to the top of your driveway and back.
According to peoplespharmacy.com if you drink tart cherry juice after a workout it prevents post workout pain. It is also used to help with arthritis pain. If the juice is too "strong" , you can dilute it with water and get the same benefits from it.

I bought The Calorie King Calorie, Fat & Carbohydrate Counter.
Write down, what days you work and what days you plan on working out. If it is on paper it is more tangible, and if you miss a day, you have this big blank space where your fitness tracking SHOULD be. I started doing this, this week.... so far, so good.
