I eat with my non dominant hand, that way I eat slower and not as much :)
I try to get extra steps throughout the day by:
parking further away from the door to work, grocery store, etc., make extra trips to get things from my car, also if I'm goiing to snack I only take a handful of even healthy stuff so as if I want more I'll need to get up and go get it!!
I try to eat breakfast everyday to provide fuel for the day. I also eat morning/afternoon healthy snack, as well as light lunch and dinner. I do some form of exercise daily....gym, walking, biking.
