END Chocolate Cravings With This Low-Calorie Fix

For intense chocolate urges, buy UNSWEETENED hot cocoa. Store brands such as Nestle or Swiss Miss = too weak/processed. Splurge for a high-quality brand: Ghirardelli Unsweetened Cocoa is a lifesaver.

Add a dairy/non-dairy component and sweetener. Anything from Coffee-Mate to skim milk to milk powder to creamers. Just keep the total calories 200 and under. This completely erased my chocolate and food cravings all day.

Reaching my Water intake goal

Crystal light, i know its 5 calories for one servings, but if it means I'll meat my water intake by using 2 or 3 a day ill scrape off calories somewhere else. I buy the ones for a one serving size bottle and keep a bunch in my purse, at my desk, in my car, and i always order water if and when i go out and mix it in. And then i use the bigger portion one to use in a water bottle at home in my fridge so when im thirsty i drink that instead. Did i add its low cost also!
