my Motivation secret

First of all when I get dressed every morning I put on workout clothes. That way I'm ready to go when the mood hits.
Then, if I'm not in the mood, I tell my self to JUST WALK!.. it's not that tough to just walk...I put on a Leslie Sansone DVD and start to move and before I know it, I'm feeling better and ready to jog some! And to make her workouts even better I get out my old step and do some step aerobics!

Processed Food

Eliminating bread helped me get rid of abdominal bloating.
Pretzels, chip snacks, and crackers all caused bloating and stomach pains. Maybe it's that I have a gluten intolerance, maybe it's the processing? But now that I don't eat these products any more the pain is gone!
