It can be difficult even getting out of bed in the winter, but if you wake up when it 's still dark and start your day with a cardio DVD, try working out in low light. I find that it's more comfortable, peaceful, and easier to finish a full workout in dim light than in bright light. Just make sure you don't have any tripping hazards.
