Read labels and you will find that sugar is in lots of things. You have to be aware so that you can make good choices. Stick to 15 grams per day and 100-120 grams of carbohydrates. And watch your health improve.
We get too focused on tracking, weighing, shopping cooking, etc... That is all good. But when we don't reap our reward we become discouraged. Don't focus on the reward. Rather focus on the accomplishments that you are making. Doing the right thing because it is the right thing to do.
