I am NOT a yoga person, but needed something to help stretch me out as I have had trouble with back/hip/hamstring that kept me from being able to exercise at all. This DVD feels so good on those tight areas and many things are what my physical therapist had me doing. LOVE IT! Stretching routine!
Last winter I tried to quit drinking soda cold turkey ( I was drinking a LOT of soda daily). Lasted 2 weeks and it was horrible. Since joining SP and focusing on drinking lots of water I just naturally quit drinking soda and didn't really even realize it. When would I fit that in & all the water?
