Every day, I check my SparkPoints list and try to get the maximum points for each category. If I had not done this, I never would have discovered half of the features of the site, including the ones I now use the most!
I save 100 calories at lunchtime by using only the bottom piece of bread for my sandwiches. I find that I can taste the fillings better and can apply this style to any sandwich!
I have a large pitcher in my fridge that I fill with water each day after my morning workout and I do my best to drink it all throughout the course of the day. If I'm tempted to grab a caloric drink, I see that my pitcher still has water that needs to be finished first!
I have several new routine ideas in store for when I hit plateaus. My first one is to begin an 8-week couch-to-5k program, so I ordered a new pair of running shoes yesterday. Now as soon as I see a plateau beginning, I'll nip it in the bud and add some running to my workout routine!
When I wake up, I am excited to take care of the body I'm slimming down. Everything from brushing my pearly whites to washing my lovely face makes me glad to start a new day! I thank my body for helping me get through each day by pampering it.
