When others around you are sneezing, wheezing and blowing stuff all over the place, use a netipot to clean your sinuses! A salt-water bath kills all kinds of nasty microorganisms, and clears the airways for easier breathing!
Don't let physical issues prevent you from exercising! Do what you can, find something that works for you and your circumstances. I can't run, so I do low-impact step .. I CAN do that.
Drink green tea on a regular basis, daily is best. Full of antioxidants and has been shown to help ward off heart disease and cancer. Additionally it may help with weight control since it induces thermogenesis ... and oxidizes fat!!
Try to incorporate as many different colors in your daily diet as possible .. the more colors the more different nutrients you eat. Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, White

Buy meats and other things in bulk and/or on sale. Separate into portion/family serving size. Wrap and/or bag, then freeze. Write a use by date on each package.
Fruit flies can be controlled with a solution of apple cider vinegar and honey. 1/4 cup vinegar 1 tsp honey. Leave the solution in a shallow dish near where you have the fruit flies for a couple days. If you have a lot of fruit flies put out more than one dish.
I add ground flax seed and oat flour to baked goods to increase fiber.
