in order to maintain the sugar level between 100-120 you should walk about 20 after meals and keep in eye on portion remember to count the Carbs. no more than 14 in a meal the secret is less food but drink lots of water
To break the plateau is easy but not pleasant that day I only drink, water, hot tea, and only one protein shake the next day I ate light breakfast fruit and fiber and for lunch only green salad and for dinner a protein shake and I exercise 20 minutes more a day the third day I have the same but small amounts that day.
in the evening when I need to complete my 22000 steps I start to pick up everything that is on top of the table and take it to the outside and anything that need to move at the end of the night I am so tired that I go to sleep without any problems.
