in order to maintain the sugar level between 100-120 you should walk about 20 after meals and keep in eye on portion remember to count the Carbs. no more than 14 in a meal the secret is less food but drink lots of water
when the vegetables are some ripe or on sale I buy by the box and I do canning or prepare for the freezer today I learned that the dates can freeze up to 6 months and be fresh like fresh
I buy only frozen items and that way I have it at hand unless I know I will cook that day
take the vit. every day I take an empty bottle (med.) and I fill for the vit for that day I take with me every day in case if that day I forget to take it in AM

I used to buy fresh but got rotten very fast now I buy more frozen foods
in the evening when I need to complete my 22000 steps I start to pick up everything that is on top of the table and take it to the outside and anything that need to move at the end of the night I am so tired that I go to sleep without any problems.
