Make small goals first

A lot of times we choose a big goal like "I'm going to loose 50 pounds!" which there is nothing wrong with but sometimes it is better to start small. Like, doing 10 min of excercise every day or eating a veggie/fruit a day. Starting small is great !

Stop at 80% when eating and check with your body

Try to stop throughout your meal to check with your body to make sure you haven't already reached fullness. Some times I'm distracted by other things. It's important to stop through out your meal and check if you've already reached fullness. Stop at 80% to see if you're already full, if so then stop
