Sugar can cause irritability and depression. You pancreas has to workovertime so dont use sugar as your pick me up, Also remember that fried foods and high fat foods and red meat will increase deprssion and stress.

Eat Fruit With A Protein..It Willl Reduce Cravings
Always eat a low carb fruit with a protein like a slice of turkey, chicken, 2 ounce of cheese or a couple of tablespoons of cottage cheese to balance your blood sugar...it will reduce cravings....low carb fruits are pears, peaches, plums, cherries, apples, kiwi, all kinds of berries. Apples

High blood glucose can wake you up to urinate, while low blood glucose can wake you with hunger. Too little sleep can raise your diabetes risk. If you already have diabetes, sleep loss can undermine blood sugar control. Poor sleep worsens diabetes and may even help cause it. Alway have a carb and a protein B-4 bedtime to balance your blood sugar. Also get some sunshine during the day. Sunshine drives your body to produce melatonin, which is needed for sleep! Happy zzz's

Seaame Seeds Stablizes Blood Sugar Seasame Seeds High in fiber, protein, calcium and magnesium, which helps lower blood pressure, cholesterol and helps stabilize blood sugar levels. These little seeds also helps bone density. Add to veggies, salads, brown rice and noodles or make seasame seed chicken. I use them in oatmeal too!

Give up all bread except a couple of slices of Rye Bread per week, eat no pasta or traditional pizza, instead make Portobella Mushroom pizza's. Give up sugar, sweenters and salt. Move evry 20 minutes, get up and do something... You'll start losing fast.
