I have an under the table/desk bike. After I take a swallow some of my b/l/d. I slow pedal for 20 pedals. Then I take another bite and so on and so on. I find it helps me to eat slower and feel full faster.
I like to use my mini bike under my desk for when I get the munchies. You know those sparks of nibblies for chocolate or chips in between meals and scheduled snacks. I pedal the mini bike and the cravings seem to go away.
