We set our meal plan for the week on Sunday and I go to the store. My 14 year old daughter browned 3 lbs of lean ground beef for the week of cooking, and my 10 year old son and I did some chopping and garlic peeling as well as making a 16 oz. bag of brown rice to put in the fridge for the week. We remember we need chicken, so tonight I baked and shredded 2 breasts for 2 recipes this week. SUPPER IS PREPARED QUICK NOW!
