Instead of going the higher-calorie route of using bread, replace it with a salad, slice up lunchmeat, load it up with veggies and use a little bit of grated cheese for flavor. A 2:1 ratio of whole grain mustard and balsamic vinegar makes a great, low-cal dressing that goes a long way!
I found when jogging, my pace tended to match the music I was listening to, and I found myself slowing down to certain songs. Find a song that has a beat comfortable to jog to, then make a playlist using songs with a beat near the same tempo, or throw in a few with a faster tempo to shake things up
