Early morning walks

Walking just as the sun comes up is a meditative exercise and starts my day out in a positive way. I don't worry about walking fast or burning calories. This walk is for my soul.

Be Prepared

It's going to happen so be prepared. Have some yummy healthy meals in the freezer waiting for you to slip up. Then when you do, you will know just what to eat for the next day or two after the slip. Make an exercise plan too.
