After emptying one of the Wishbone salad Spritzer bottles, I washed it out and filled it with canola oil. Not only does that reuse something that would have been thrown away, but it also helps to reduce the amount of oil used when cooking.
When I haven't had time to do a workout, I fit one in while watching TV. During the commercial breaks, I choose one exercise & do as many reps as I can before the show starts again. These include crunches, push-ups, leg lifts, calf raises, bicep curls, tricep dips, jumping jacks, etc. Just move!
At least 4 times per day, stop to think only of yourself. Take personal inventory. Drop whatever you are doing, get comfortable, elevate feet, close eyes. Breathe as deeply, calmly and deliberately as you can. Inhale on the slow count of 4, hold for same count, exhale as slowly and lengthy as possible.
On a site like this, with so many running and doing lots of exercises, it's easy to get caught up in the excitement. However, it can lead to a let-down if it is not your own program. Work at your own pace and style. Do not worry about what everyone else is doing.
