JOIN A CLASS

I JOINED THE Y AND GOT IN TO AN EXERCISE CLASS. IT MAKES ME WORKOUT HARDER WHEN I AM WITH THE CLASS THEN WHEN I DO A WORKING OUT BY MYSELF. IT IS FREE WITH MY MEMBERSHIP PLUS IT IS A GREAT WAY TO MAKE NEW FRIENDS.

I LIKE A LOT OF SALAD DRESSING

I WILL DILUTE MY SALAD DRESSING BY ADDING WATER TO FRENCH OR MILK TO 1000 ISLAND TO MAKE A LOT MORE DRESSING.

HATE WATER?

I do not like water so I get the CRYSTAL LIGHT-ON THE GO PACKETS. I use a 32 oz. bottle with ice so as the ice melts it will dilute the mix and also keeps it cold.

MOTIVATION IN YOUR FOOD JOUNAL

Note your good choices like "I did not eat all of my lunch, which I always do." or "I ate this and not that" or " I passed on the dounut when asked.". Give yourself positive feed back. Make it a game, see what you can do each day.
