'Oily' Fish will NOT make you Fat!

Fish offers an excellent source of protein that, on average, is lower in calories than the same size serving of meat. 90 g / 3 oz of flounder = 80 calories, with 1 g fat; the same amount of lean grilled hamburger meat yields 230 calories with 16 g of fat.

When to Season

a) sauteed onions
Season before browning - the seasoning draws out the water which helps to soften the onions. They will take a few more minutes to brown but the flavour is excellent and the onions will be meltingly tender.
