Canfield's Diet Chocolate Fudge Soda

If you can find this, definitely try it. It's amazing how much yummy chocolate flavor is shoved into this 1 calorie beverage. I'm not a soda drinker, but when I happen to see this on the shelf at my supermarket, I grab a six-pack. I even thought about paying the shipping fees to order it online. It's the only diet product I've tried that actually satisfies my craviing!

Poach chicken to save time, money and calories

Poach a whole chicken with aromatic veggies and herbs. You'll have great stock for making soup or adding to other recipes (rice, veggies) and the cooked chicken is great to add to sandwiches and salads.

Freeze soaked beans

Canned beans are handy, but have way too much sodium. Dried are better, but take too long to prepare. I soak mine and freeze the extra. They can go directly from the freezer into soup stock or boiling water.
