Having 5 to 6 meals a day is good instead of eating 3 big meals in a day. This way, I get to equally divide the number of calories that I need for the entire day.
I add lemon slices in my water since it makes water more refreshing. Try it and enjoy the benefits of drinking water!:)
I prefer using natural sugar than those artificial sweeteners. In fact, I use brown sugar at home. I think its far more better to use the natural kind as artificial sweeteners are full of chemicals that are harmful for our body
