I eat frequently to lose weight

Having 5 to 6 meals a day is good instead of eating 3 big meals in a day. This way, I get to equally divide the number of calories that I need for the entire day.

Natural versus Artifical Sugar

I prefer using natural sugar than those artificial sweeteners. In fact, I use brown sugar at home. I think its far more better to use the natural kind as artificial sweeteners are full of chemicals that are harmful for our body

Eating real food help me lose weight!

I do not deprive myself from eating. I just make the right food choices and eat everything in moderation :) This way, I get to lose weight simply by eating the right food :)
