Instead of ordering lunch (a service my office offers) i walk briskly to the farthest healthy food store, eat and then walk briskly back to my office.Doing this i can record atleast 20 mins of walking and measure how many caloriesi would have burnt.
A thirty minute workout is more than a thirty minute workout!
In The Sparks Book appendices there is a section showing exercises you can do without equipment. In the morning I do one set of those every day to get me going. Only takes 5 minutes and you don't have to have "rest" days because you are not doing multiple sets or pushing yourself.

I needed to clean out my saved fitness magazines. I found them hard to part with so I tore out pages with examples of workouts and put them in sheet protectors in a notebook. This is portable and handy if I travel and can't get to Spark!
If your like me getting 8 glasses in a day is hard, i always feel like water tastes bitter. So heres what i do: I add coconut extract (I love tropical flavors) but you could try others too! theres peppermint extract, Cherry extract, Almond extract etc. It revs up flavor and gives a bit of nutrients. Add a bit of splenda, truvia, agave etc and you have yourself a nice little treat!
