Throw any leftover or stale whole wheat bread or baguettes in a food processor and make up your own whole wheat bread crumbs. Throw in the freezer until it's time to use them.
I pack mine the night before. I pack my lunch, a mid-morning and afternoon snacks. All my healthy options are right there at my desk. No need to buy lunch and be tempted by fast food, drive-thrus and vending machines.
