EAS Whey Protein

Every mornig I fix myself a Protein shake with Greek Yogurt, banana, blueberries, and strawberries. It is not only filling it is also high protien and full of good carbs.
I have had problems with my BS rangeing between high and lows lately and my Dr suggested going back on whey for one meal a day. It takes me about an hour to finish. My BS has not been bottoming out either. emoticon

Do Not use the word BAD

It is very important that we do not tell ourselves or our children that they are BAD. It is best to use the words wrong choices. Or ask "What others choices could I have chosen?"
No one is truly BAD. Telling a child or ones selve we are Bad is a negative impact on oneself. emoticon emoticon

Making sure to work in your exercise.

Several Days a month I have to travel 2hours away for my Dr's appointment. ( I live in a small area without good Dr's)
I always leave early for my appointments. I stop half way to talk a walking break 5-10 minutes. Once I am at the Dr's office I take a good 10-20 minute walk in the area.

Relieving headaches

When I have a headache I pull on my hair. Pull from your scalp. This helps get your blood flowing and reduces intensity and most of the time it completely goes away.

I take care of a 3 yo. He loves to ride his bike. While he rides I walk. We challenge each other by racing. He usually wins and he get very excited.

I have times that I want something, Yet I am not hungry. I will drink water if that does not satisfy me I reach for gum. It gives me the chewing and no junk food in my mouth.

Beat the Afternoon Ttiredness

When you start feeling a slump in the afternoon drink a full glass of water. Dehydration can cause you to feel tired. emoticon

Cleaning Tile Grout

To clean your grout in your tile use Oxy Clean. Soak the floor with a strong solution of water and Oxy Clean let set for up to 30 min. Scrub with brush in bad areas. If needed resoak. Mop the floor getting the solution up and let dry.
The Oxy Clean will do most of the work for you.

Pay attention to your food

I use a lunch plate, not a dinner plate. I also eat with a salad fork. use your non- donimant hand to eat with. Do not watch TV or use computer when eating. You owe it to your self to enjoy and savor every bite of food. You will be less tempted to want seconds.

Lemons uses

Rub a lemon on ink marks on clothes. let it sit overnight then wash. No more ink stain.
Also use lemon on sunburned skin.
