20 calories a pop

I tend to snack all day at work. So instead of eating small snacks of 100 or so calories & racking up so many calories that I don't have enough for dinner, I've started sucking on lollypops that are 20 calories each. The pops last awhile, and my craving for flavor is satisfied.

9 inch plates

Using 9 inch plates is a great way to cut your portion size automatically. Bigger plates make you want to fill it up & eat more!
